Registration Refund Policy

Banyule Hawks recognise that sometimes circumstances change and this may mean that your child is
unable to complete playing the season of basketball. The following document outlines our refund
policy. Please read this carefully so you understand how our refund policy works.

Refund Due to Medical Condition

If a player is unable to complete the season due to a medical issue the club will offer a refund (or a
partial refund pro rata of the games they have already played) less an administration fee of $10

Relocation Refund

If a player’s family is relocating the club will offer a refund (or a partial refund pro rata of the games
they have already played) less an administration fee of $10

Refunds Prior to Season Commencing.

If you decide to cancel you registration before the season commences the club will refund your
registration less the administration fee of $10.

Requesting a Refund

  1. Any refund requests must be emailed to the Banyule Hawks Committee
    (admin@banyulehawks.com.au) with the following information
    Player Name
  2. Contact Number
  3. Explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. Account details for the refund.

Please note:
The Banyule Hawks Committee will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible.
However as our Club is managed by volunteers sometimes this process is delayed. Please allow time
